HHPS E-Portfolio
Introduction

This E-Portfolio embodies my personal academic and career advancements by the end of my graduate year at East Texas A&M University during my Master of Science in Health, Kinesiology, and Sport Studies (MS-HKSS) program in Athletic Administration. This portfolio is a testament to my development, expertise, and transferable skills through challenging coursework and experiential learning within sport management and athletic leadership.
Throughout this program, I have taken courses that broadened my knowledge of the domain of sports administration from multiple viewpoints. Some of these courses focus on statistical analysis in human performance, sociology of sport, international sport issues, sport law, sport facilities and event management, sport psychology, and administration of sport and recreation programs. I am confident that each of the courses has helped prepare me to effectively think creatively, inform decision making, and translate theoretical theories to the world of sport and school.
This portfolio is structured around four main aspects; introduction, resume, results of the program, and post training reflections. At the professional level, my resume showcases my background as an educator and coach, and through the course and assignments in the Outcomes, I have attained certain program competencies. The concluding reflection is designed to illustrate the development of my personal and professional development as well as my long term plan for athletic administration.
As an educator and coach currently, this program has influenced my career trajectory on leadership, athlete development and program management. This knowledge and abilities equipped me to develop higher level positions in athletics and ultimately I would like to become an athletic director. This portfolio also acts as a map I hope to build upon as an educational and sporting leader.
